West Align™ products are built on ergonomic principles commonly referenced in sleep-health design. Cervical alignment during sleep is widely discussed as a factor in how rested people feel, and it's the starting point for how our pillow is shaped.

The West Align™ Cervical Pillow is contoured to follow the natural curve of the neck, with a recessed butterfly cutout that gives the shoulder somewhere to drop instead of being pinned flat. Two heights  4.5" and 3.0"  let side and back sleepers pick the side that fits their build rather than settling for one shape.

45D slow-rebound memory foam distributes pressure evenly and holds its contour rather than flattening over time. A breathable, hypoallergenic cover keeps the surface cool through the night and removes for machine washing.

The pillow was drawn in CAD from scratch and endorsed by Dr. Karina, a practicing chiropractor. Our aim is straightforward: build a pillow around how people actually sleep, not around what's easy to manufacture.
